UDS Depression Measures: How to Measure Them & How the Meet Them

During this session, Chantal Laperle, M.A., CPHQ, PCMH CCE, CTL, will describe the process of using the Uniform Data System (UDS) to screen for patient depression in an integrated health care facility.  She will define the UDS depression measure, provide tips for reporting, and offer resources for health centers. In addition, Chantal will present an overview of the Depression Screening Data Life Cycle and identify Best Practice Workflows, including tips for applying them to your health center.
