Social Determinants of Health Roundtable 1: Addressing Health Disparities in Behavioral Health in the Primary Care Setting

Understanding the root causes of health inequities and its link to the social determinants of health (SDoH) is critical to addressing health disparities in behavioral health services in an integrated primary care setting. Participants of this Roundtable will engage in a rich discussion with subject matter experts (SMEs) and health center staff at all levels, on what it means to develop a practice culture that values health equity and addresses health disparities in behavioral health in a primary care setting.
