Charting the Roadmap to Value-based Reimbursement for Integrated Care Webinar

Value-based reimbursement (VBR) offers the opportunity to transform the health care system using a more equitable, integrated, and person-centered approach. Many health centers have begun the transition to VBR or are planning for it or other alternative payment models. This webinar will review the basics of value-based reimbursement and what providers need to know and do to navigate the transition successfully to better meet the needs of complex and vulnerable populations, while effectively meeting targeted outcomes for quality and cost. Topics will include elements of a strategic “roadmap” that health centers can use to plan for VBR as they work towards health care that is viable and sustainable for all.
