Participants will receive a brief orientation to the Community of Practice (CoP) 8 (eight) session series, including introductions, ground rules for participation, and use of Office Hours. The session introduces the social determinants of behavioral health, including social risk factors that predispose individuals and populations to poor health outcomes, and reasons to address integrated care.
