Join JBS and the HRSA Behavioral Health Technical Assistance (BH TA) team as we dive into social determinants of health (SDoH) program planning, evaluation and implementation in the integrated primary care and behavioral health setting. This event will bring together health centers and experts to discuss practical approaches for selecting and implementing SDoH screening and data collection tools, developing effective partnerships, and leveraging available resources for addressing SDoH.
