Part of the 8 (eight) session CoP on "Identification and Evidence-Based Interventions for Treating Anxiety and Depression," this practice-focused three-session series includes an exploration of therapies that may be applied by behavioral health providers working in community health centers.

CoP Facilitator Laura Ross, MS, LMFT is an experienced leader in Behavioral Healthcare for over 20 years who has developed and directed clinical and administrative programming in both private and public behavioral healthcare settings. As a Project Director for county, state and federal initiatives, she has operated services for under-resourced populations and marginalized communities. She is dedicated to empowering those living with behavioral health conditions to thrive in their communities through developing and implementing trauma-informed, client-centered, and evidence-based treatment programs.
CoP Facilitator Joe Hyde, MA, LMHC, CAS, currently serves as the Director of HRSA’s Behavioral Health Technical Assistance initiative supporting integrated care in community health centers. In this role, he oversees programs that address workforce development, adoption of evidence-based practices for the treatment of mental illness, alcohol use disorders, opioid use disorders and other substance use disorders (EBPs), and systems change.
Earn 1.5 continuing education credits for each session from The Association for Addiction Professionals (NAADAC) and the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC) for each CoP session, with a maximum of 4.5 CEs for participation in all three sessions.
